A Direct-to-Film transfer is a printed design applied to apparel using a heat press. DTF transfers produce vibrant colors, sharp details, and a professional finish on many compatible fabrics.
A DTF gang sheet allows you to arrange multiple designs or several copies of one design on a single sheet. It helps maximize printing space and reduce unnecessary waste.
For the best results, upload a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background. Artwork should preferably be created at 300 DPI and at the exact dimensions you want printed.
Artwork should be submitted ready to print. Basic assistance may be available, but background removal, resizing, redesigning, or detailed corrections may require an additional fee.
DTF transfers work well on many compatible fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and cotton-polyester blends. Always test heat-sensitive or unfamiliar materials before production.
Yes. A commercial heat press is recommended for consistent temperature and pressure. Household irons may not provide the even pressure required for dependable results.
Production time depends on the order quantity, artwork quality, and current workload. Shipping time is separate. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline.
Inspect your transfers before pressing. If you find damage, a missing item, or a printing error, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. Do not use the affected transfers before we review the issue.
